Create a For sale lander

Build sales pages for your domains, choose a template, and connect the finished group.

Before you start

  • Add your domains to My Domains first.
  • A lander group shares its template and page settings across its assigned domains. Check the selected domain list before saving.
  • Changing nameservers can affect an existing website or email service. Check the domain’s current use before connecting a lander.
  1. 1

    Start a new lander group

Open manage.dnx.com. In the sidebar choose Selling → Landers, then click Add lander group.

Choose For sale and a template

In Type & template, choose For sale. Select a template card, then click Next. DNX BIN & AI is one option with an inquiry form; the other available designs are DNX Modern, Social Columns, Centered, Inquiry Columns and Emphasis Columns.

Choose how visitors can contact you or buy

In Page settings, review Show inquiry form, Show Sedo BIN price and Show GoDaddy BIN price. Enable the options you want on the page. Pay with Escrow requires an Escrow.com email in Settings before it can be selected.

Choose your price and offer controls

Enable Use asking price to display your custom domain price instead of marketplace prices. Use minimum offer applies the domain’s minimum offer to contact-form offers. Show offer field controls whether the inquiry form includes an offer input. Set the actual amounts for each domain in My Domains; these checkboxes choose how those amounts are used.

Prices and minimum offers come from each domain’s settings.

    Review the summary and save

Check Summary, including the template, page settings, group name and every selected domain. Use Back to correct anything. Click Save when the group is ready. DNX then creates the landers; generation may take a few moments.

Connect and check the public page

For a domain registered with DNX, open My Domains, open the domain, then click Nameservers. Choose DNX Landers and save: the preset uses ns1.dnx.com and ns2.dnx.com. For a domain registered elsewhere, set these nameservers at its registrar. Allow DNS changes to take effect, then visit the domain.

What happens next

Open the group to check its landers, then visit a connected domain to check what visitors see.

Need a little more help?

Why is Next disabled?

Select a type and template, complete required settings, and choose at least one domain with a group name. The current step shows any missing fields.

Why does my domain show a different page?

Check the assigned group and nameservers. Previewing or saving a lander does not prove that the domain’s DNS is already pointing to it.
