Find orders, receipts, and actions needed
Filter order history, download records, and follow recovery steps for individual items.
- 1
Open Order History
Choose User menu → Order History. Use Search for an order, domain, or email. Choose Status, Category, and a From/To period, then click Apply. Reset clears the filters.
Filter controls and report exports appear above the order list. - 2
Read the order details
Click an order number or its View action. Check the status, item-level results, and Order history timeline. Use Refresh to check again. Payment received and order completed are different stages.
- 3
Download a receipt or report
On a single order, click Download PDF. From the list, Export CSV or Export PDF downloads a report for the selected filters. Check the scope before exporting.
- 4
Resolve contact details
When an item offers Review contact details, select its Registration contact and check the details. Use Edit contacts to correct a saved record, return and Refresh contacts, then use Try registration again when eligible.
The recovery panel asks you to choose and review a contact before retrying. - 5
Handle several affected items
Use the actionable-order checkboxes and Bulk Edit Contacts to choose a contact for eligible items, individually or with Use one contact for all items. Review the selected items before retrying. Other required actions remain in each order’s details.
- 6
Follow the specific next action
Use the recovery action shown for the item, such as verification, correcting details, or retrying a failed operation. Eligible paid retries use the existing order; review any separate payment request carefully. For a pending result, check status before placing a duplicate order.
What happens next
Check the final status of every order item. A partially completed order can contain both successful and unresolved domains.
