Follow notifications and domain operation results

Click the bell at the top of DNX Manage, or View all notifications on the Dashboard. The badge shows unread updates.

The notification drawer includes update details and a Mark all read control.

Select an update to open its details or related work. Check whether it says complete, partly completed, waiting, or needs attention. Use Mark all read only when you want to clear the unread indicators; it does not resolve the underlying work.

For a bulk domain operation, review its progress, outcome counts, requested settings, and start/finish times. Use View all domain results when offered to keep the detailed result open.

Search for a domain and filter by status. Read each item’s reason. A skipped, unchanged, waiting, or failed item has a different outcome from a completed change.

Use the review link or retry action when available after correcting the cause. For nameserver retries, check the target nameservers and retry scope first. Use an order’s details for registration or payment issues.
